Welcome to this tiny corner of the internet, a space I've created among the noise where I share what I do and how I might be able to assist you. But I come with no illusions of authority, only a genuine desire to help you navigate your own way.

Like many of us my beliefs evolve as I go, and as they arise and reshape, then so does the path I am carving, as my understanding deepens. I've made peace with not knowing what I feel I know.

As we evolve in our own realities, our individual beliefs and truths change. Through our experiences we grow. My aim in helping anyone, is to be able to simply meet them where they are at. Theses days I am more concerned with humanities well-being, comfort and freedoms, and so my aim is simple - to facilitate that by holding space for others to 'be' by encouraging self empowerment, self healing and authentic expression in simple ways, allowing for you to heal, evolve, and express in your own authentic unique wonderful way,

It doesn't have to be complicated for you to become content with life, it doesn't have to require years of therapy. It just requires you to move forward authentically. There is a lot of noise these days about how to heal, a lot of pressure on people, a lot of opinions. But the only opinion that matters is yours, and it's up to you how to walk the path thats yours. Healing doesn't have to be complicated, it's not supposed to make anyone feel overwhelmed or inadequate. There is no rush, it's not a race, and it can be simple if we allow it.  Just like Erickson said .......
